Possible bug (nests mission)?

Did anyobody else experience this (spoilers!)?

 

I am playing the mission where you have to find and destroy three beasts nests (sorry if the translation is bad, I'm playing the Italian version) after finding two missing natives are dead. I destroyed the first one in the cave, then went out and died. I respawn from the latest save just after this nest was destroyed, but it doesn't show as destroyed anymore and I can't interact with it!. I destroyed the other two nests, but I still miss this one.

 

Am I making any errors? Do you have any solution apart from restarting from a previous save?

there are two nests to the north of the map (one in cave doesnt count) and one in the south west - near the village in the valley you pass through on the way to do one of vasco's loyalty mission - map at https://prnt.sc/p61woa (not mine)
