Does Coop Glitch the locations trophies?

I remember in Borderlands 2, my maps glitched because I played the game on Co-op so the "World Traveller" trophy didnt pop. 

 

Can anyone either confirm that this is the case again in BL3?

According to PowerPyx's Guide, it's back with a vengeance and affects the location, collectible and various misc trophies as well so stay out of co-op unless it's absolutely necessary.

Already played co-op in this playthrough, im gonna need another playthrough anyway

I am not going to stop playing coop.  If I fail to pop the location trophies, I'll figure something out afterwards.

I personally played the entire game in co-op with my brother and did not experience any glitched trophies.

Cool. Think im just gonna go for it in the first play through. If it glitches then im just gonna do a 2nd. I enjoy the game enough to do a 2nd playthrough anyway

I think there are no issues for hosts. Im playing with my wife and ive been hosting and there a some that she should have gotten already, mainly the cosmetics one and the shooting gallery one.
