I think my Top 5 might stay as they are for awhile unless I go back and mop up the one missing trophy I have from NHL 13.  It is a grind combined with a heavy RNG luck factor.  But NHL 13 would come in 3rd at 0.13%

 

No change except NBA 2K16, Fight Night Round 4, NHL 14, and NBA 2K20 all became a touch rarer at 0.02%, 0.10%, 0.22%, and 0.30% respectively.
