The only difference is the one trophy on PS4 that requires you to play 15 total hours in first person mode. First of all, there are three different catagories, at least for me, 1)story mode trophies 2)online rophies 3)time consuming trophies. As you GTA V isn't that difficult to achieve the platinum trophy. For me at least, you need to have patience (for time consuming ones) and both skills and a good team (for some online trophies).
