Batman: Arkham Asylum. You are just missing challenges, and while some can be frustrating it's certainly easier than my second option which was Titanfall 2

Final Fantasy VII: Remake. Hard Mode really isn't that bad and I enjoyed every moment going for the platinum my self. Well maybe not the 9 dress trophy but that wasn't that bad either.

You should wrap up either God of War 3 or Ascension.

For the Tomb Raider Platinum you should at least try to get those multiplayer enemy player ones out of the way, I created a player session and knocked them off with little to no time. For the rest, it can be done solo, just very time-consuming at that; I recommend watching something while you do that so it becomes more bearable.

Uncharted 1 on the PS3, Crushing mode. Knock that one out fast since you did the remaster already you should have an idea of how to approach it.

Ratchet and Clank. I feel you gave up on it for the most part due to boredom (could be wrong) but it's a very easy plat to earn once you put in the time.

You should really plat Resident Evil Remake. It would be a shame not to.

I used the tweaking glitch that's present in the remaster so I didn't really learn much, I could probably do it legit but it feels like a bit of a slog.
