Scroll all the way down to see credits, click on it and skip the credits. Next it should be a white screen with writing leave it and watch and the trophy will pop. As for Ella's mayhem trophies (bar the two characters I can't find) just do brawl night. It will definitely work on the last two events if the first don't work. At the character select screen, highlight Marcus Luz and press to play as Ryan Johnson. At the character select screen, highlight Faust and press to play as Kaveiro.
