Question About the Witches

For those that have played the original game, the Witches you meet.  I've met one and she wanted Amber from the Ant Nest, which I only found 6 of the 7 pieces.  I can go back to the level and talk to the Witch again right to try the quest again right? Or have a failed the quest for the game and have to redo the game again for a chance at the quest?

 

Edit: Okay, looks like I can, I went back to the witch and she was happy to give me the quest again.  Heck, even after completing the quest, I could do it again for a replenish of the item in question.

I had a glitch occur where I could not exit the cave at the end. I had to exit to the map and do it all again.

I had something similar happen, but just jumping into the green mist let me leave after the boss fight.  If you're talking about the ant area that is, as I have yet to do the other quest.

I think I have come into a glitch with the pumpkin witch, I accepted the task, killed the pumpkin boss but forgot to claim the reward, now when I go back shes not there and I cant summon her again  Do i have to make a new save and start again or is there a way around this?

Edit: Never mind turns out I already had it and didnt sync lol
