Dude, it has nothing to do with geography.

 

Outlast 2 is not available on the store for certain countries, such as Saudi Arabia or the UAE... Thus, it cannot be offered as a free PS+ game and needs to be replaced. This doesn't apply to all of Asia though, only some countries in the Middle East. 

 

It's not up to Sony, it's regional restrictions. 

 

Now, if you live in Turkey, go to the PS store and try to find Outlast 2... I guess you won't find it. But it is available in, for example, India, so they can still get it as a PS+ game even though it's the same continent.

for outlastII, i dont have the balls tbh. still enjoying playthroughs on youtube though.

All I see are 2. I don't know Japanese, either. But translating the page to English shows Nioh and Redout as their free games. The rest is avatars, Fortnite DLC, a theme, and a Spotify trial.
