Insanity Run and survive!

If you already got the survive the last mission on another play through do you have to survive for the insanity trophy to pop?

I’m not sure what you mean? Any of your teammates can die yes and it will unlock. But you,commander Shepard, has to beat the mission.

If you're playing insanity, but you get the worst ending (everyone dies, including Shepard), do you unlock the insanity trophy?

no you dont need to complete them.

However, completing the ones with upgrades might be a good idea considering you have to fight 2 bosses in the final mission

That would make thing easier and shorter.

I am going to start the insanity trophy. After reading all your posts, i still have questions.

Do i have to get all the characters or can i go to the last mission with just some of them?

in the worst ending possible (everybody dies) the trophy pops?

You'll get the insanity trophy if you reach the credits/staff roll, no matter who dies.

You probably have to ensure Shepard lives though....?

Even if he dies, you'll get the credits after seeing Joker being the very last hope for humanity.

During the worst ending, you still have to fight the final boss, so you still are finishing the game.
