Do you know some? I'm talking about 500+ likes

Try and take the ones that have you travel across the map, I once leveled up from 57 to 64 with one of those.  It also helps to carry many orders at the same time and also more weight.  Take a truck and load it up with many deliveries and that will help on the score (I think).

I know there are two of those from the Doctor, there is also another in Timefall Farm.

Are the time sensitive deliveries seemingly rare for anyone else? I go into a facility and there’s never any to complete. I’m early into chapter five (just got the zip lines and have made networks right around both the eastern and central areas. My time sensitive graph is currently at 16 whereas my next lowest is 44.

the premium Delivery time order from Film Director to Willian Lake give you more than 1000 likes and it's the easiest one as well.

as you keep doing deliveries, more and more will appear across all facilities, don't mind to much about those ones (especially the ones with a lot of cargo) until you have a good red of ziplines and some roads complete and also level 3 trucks.

Ya they seem rarer but once you start trying to 5 star everything the time part of the graph will be around 50 once you hit 60 in everything else then a couple truck deliveries should make it go quick.

Can confirm Film director to Lake Knot is the best and easiest to farm levels. It can't be done right away after you finish it, so it's recommended to do some other deliveries meanwhile. Or sleep in a shelter. I still don't know how to kill time to get missions to appear again.

I read that it takes up to 12 hours for them to reappear.  I know I've had a few reappear sooner though, so I'm not sure that's entirely true.

Premium delivery. Delivery time + Average cargo damage (none if possible) will give you the majority of the likes you ask for. The long distance and big load cargos generally will pay more since longer distances are also garnished with increased time limits. Delivering those in short amount of time naturally will result in more likes. The route you pick is important and calculated for. Cargo screen tells you the shortest possible distance between point A and B. Being perfectionist pays off in this game.

Cancelled orders reappear after 12 hours.

For those who need to grind this stat, here's a good list of orders that are easy (with roads built) and you can grind them over and over every day:

438 - From Lake Knot City to South Knot City - 2033 likes

- this one is super simple, use the truck and road which you have surely built already

381 - From Film Director to Lake Knot City - 1391 likes

- use Long Range Truck level 3, park right in front of Film Director. Load all cargo into the truck and go straight towards engineer and from there use the road.

329 - From Doctor to Distribution Center North of Mountain Knot City - 1238 likes

- this one is much easier with road at least until you reach the flat grassy lands near Photographer

- park you truck near Mountain Knot City where the road starts. Go to doctor, and load your delivery to 2 floating carriers. Walk towards your truck and from there it's very easy

185 - From Engineer to Weather Station - 1461 likes

- bring 2 extra floating carriers with you just in case you get stuck

- this one is probably trickiest even with roads built

- use Long Range Truck level 3 and load your cargo

- follow the road towards Craftsman and from there you just go straight towards Weather Station through MULE camp

- the terrain is pretty rough and the hills, which will be on your right side, are pretty steep so expect slight hiccups along the way

-----------------------------------------------

If an order is not reappearing (e.g. 438), accept other standard orders at that particular facility and cancel them immediately to free up "order slots".

You can make the time without having to deal with any Mules, BTs, rocky terrain, or going on foot as long as you just have the roads built and have a specific bridge made but I'm not 100% sure if the bridge itself is needed. Once you start the mission immediately get yourself on the road. Drive until you reach Distribution Center South of Lake Knot City. Now, take the road for three more segments of road (I denote this by the gray lines separating two sets of road) and you should reach a sign that says going up will take you to South Knot City. If you turn immediately to your right there should be a stream there with a bunch of rocks and potentially a bridge since it seems like a commonly-traveled area. If there's no bridge on the right there then make one taking you across the small stream though I think you can just drive over it if there isn't one. Then it's a simple matter of following the dirt road up the hill and once you pass the two rocks tight together you just go a bit left and all the way up. As long as you are boosting you will always go up the hill without any hitches, you just need to maneuver around a couple rocks and through some hilly bits of the hill. Doing it this way nets you (In my case) 1570 likes, I just did a second run to make sure what the likes were since I got it several days back.

If you want an idea of where the bridge is here's some screenshots:

Incidentally this road is also the best way to get up to Weather Station and Timefall Farm barring some weird setup with ziplines but that would mean not being able to carry as much cargo. It's safe from BTs, quick, you can drive mostly straight up, and when you want to drive down there's even a worn down path you can take to lead you right back to where you came up without worry. It has some Timefall on the road leading to the area and about halfway up the mountain, but besides that I haven't had an issue at all using it, it's even easier to clear with a bike.
