Second is nothing is not working

I have drove all the cars and got the trophy love them and leave them even thought it said I'm still missing 1 car, which I'm not it just saids 40 out of 41. This brings me to my second point which is I completed all the events that was available to me. On my first play through I completed 60 out of 61 events. On my second play through it said I completed 59 out of 61 events. I literally went through all of my events and I don't see the ones I'm missing. Just wondering is anybody having these issues. Seem like I'm the only one having this issue sadly.
