MrTsjerno_20 Posted November 29, 2019 Share Posted November 29, 2019 (edited) Has someone found a working solution to get 100% on the mission where you need to air assassinate John Pitcairn? I have replayed this one now for about 6 times doing it identical to how I did it previously on AC3. Tried using a war axe or hidden blade didn't work. Somehow it never accepts the Air assassination. As far as I can remember, what I did was to not let any of the guards see you assassinate him by waiting for all of the nearby guards to look away. As soon as all the nearby guards look away from Pitcairn, assassinate him immediately and I don't think there should be any "ding if you get spotted" sound right after the assassination. Copanele Posted November 29, 2019 Share Posted November 29, 2019 Maybe your game got bugged but I always climbed the flag then air assassinate the dude. Worked every single time. Make sure to not assassinate the patrols just for extra measure and don't be spotted even as you fall towards him. It's an annoying little mission, for sure.
