Popular Post jakD_710
Managed to get this trophy to pop solo on the chapter An escape. These are the choices i made that increased their relationship up until the final one in An escape - (The Duke) - Playing as Brad - RESENTFUL “I had to work” - UNEASY “Not good with people” - EMPATHETIC “Must be tough” - SENTIMENTAL “Go with your gut”-DO NOT ACCEPT THE BEER FROM CONRAD AS THIS WILL VOID THE CHOICES FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER- (Wreck) - Playing as Alex When Julia tells you to check on Brad make these choices - IMPRESSED "Wasn't sure we would"- ENTHUSIASTIC "Get you something cool"- COMPASSIONATE "Go through it all together" (Intrusion) - Playing as Conrad In this chapter I had Conrad escape on the speedboat but im not sure if this messes up the dialog later on. Just to be safe make sure he escapes (Storm) - Playing as Fliss After helping Julia and Alex onto the main deck pick this choice when talking about brad so he can join you - ANXIOUS "He might drown" (An escape) Playing as Alex keep playing until you get to the bit where you see the distributor cap then make the following 2 choices - DUBIOUS “We need to be careful” - WARN BRAD - if followed correctly warning brad after he jumps down to help Fliss should pop the trophy. Hopefully this helps someone out there Also here's proof of myself unlocking this trophy on the chapter An escape incase anyone is curious https://imgur.com/a/nHPKJBt Edited November 30, 2019 by jakD_710

Gretchen27
Can confirm that letting Fliss get captured in the escape attempt does not void the trophy. With or without her, it works like a charm. Thank you for posting a shorter method.
GAZDAN
Spot on, great method! Thanks for sharing. Has anyone found an easy method for getting “You Got A Better Way?” solo? EDIT: Followed the Curators Cut method in the guide but also needed to add step 17, after Conrad blows up the grill, have Fliss show RESTRAINT saying it’s her fault and the trophy will pop. Platisfaction
Thank you! Worked like a charm and saves a lot of time compared to the method the guide suggests. Edited March 27, 2021 by Platisfaction

sepheroithisgod
Awesome guide! Should honestly be in the actual guide.
Spike_Hostile17
That was my last trophy missing and after 6 long runs, I really didn't play this game anymore. I found out you can get it in literally 2 minutes if you play in Shared story with a friend and start from the chapter "The duke". All you have to do as Brad is being resentful ("Thanks"), be uneasy ("i have difficulty with people"), be empathetic ("it must be hard") while the player controlling Alex just has to be encouraging ("of course!") and reassuring ("you are my bro"). The trophy popped for both of us even before the end of the conversation between Alex and Brad.
