Leaderboards for All-time Worldwide Hi-Scores

Howdy. I'm still green with live casting broad streams n'such but thanks to blood and truth it would be remiss(?) of me not to make  an effort  to join in the fun-

& so,

is there a forum/site/community for viewing and posting my Hi-Scores and rank, like the in-game leaderboards for "worldwide, all time" Hi-scores etc?

also, I'm looking to start up speedrunning specifically for blood and truth but I'm not sure how to go about it any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
