There is no easy way to do it, it's trial and error until you beat the time. It's best to just do it at night from the get go so you don't have to do every race twice.

For me it was better to train during daytime while there's good light so see the parcour and after beating one time on day go for the night challenge. In the end i do agree with your statement of it being trial and error, i just repeated each trial until i made it fast enough through...
Gr4de_04
This was physically the hardest trophy I've ever done. Well. Together with GD Parkour instructor of course.
MyLastRide
A good tip that help me was increase the brightness/gamma to the maximum in the game to do the challenges only at night to avoid repeating twice. And of course, watching runs on youtube help too. Edited April 12, 2020 by MyLastRide
War-Heed
Brightness and gamma up on tv/game. Use the pyza suit and have the kuai dagger in your hand to gain speed after parkour moves. I only did the night courses in nightmare mode (nights last longer). Goodnight goodluck haha
ImLordell
This trophy is super easy if you use grandmas egg nog. It’s a speed boost and you can dupe stacks of 99 of them. You still will have trouble on a couple maybe in old town but the rest took me 1-2 tries using this method. I also didn’t have the Kuai dagger equipped.
JEDLander
The pyza suit makes the old town ones easy, gliding across gaps to cut corners etc. saves a lot of time
DavySuicide
Guys this is an old thread but maybe someone do know the answer. Do I get the trophy for the normal parcour fever when I do all parcours at night at the same time? I mean there is no point in doing these at day when I have to do them again by night or am I missing something here?

I did a few trials on daylight to get a feeling for it but I think I try to stick to the night runs then. The Volatiles aren't that bad but damn I get dizzy with this shaky flashlight, it's extremely dark. So again thanks for clarification.
Dying-_-Light_1
Finally done with it. Just play with an old controller. Best tip I can give.
kkulifay
I just built my first Pyza suit after receiving the blueprint. In order for it to be effective during the parkour challenges (which I’m finding extremely difficult so far) do I need to stack them multiple times? I only have one and the time lapse seems very short.

You only need to double stack the Pyza Suit (mostly for Old Town). Max your Agility, but don’t opt for the Tic Tac skill. No boosting potions or special daggers required.
HejjaMej
It wasn't that hard. I had to redo the ones in the slums a lot of times but when i grabbed the Pyza Suit the old town became really easy. You win a lot of time with the suit. I didn't use the suit in the slums but it might help a bit I guess. More close quarters there though. Most of the trials in old town i got through on the second or third try. The Tower was the hardest one so expect to retry that one a lot. My tip is to grab the Pyza Suit before you start the trials, especially for the ones in old town.

Hey, You mean that if you get two Pyza suits it gets doubly effective? I have one and it helps earning a few seconds sometimes but does not make the trials easy. Thanks,

It might seem like a nominal enhancement, but it made a noteworthy difference in my experience in Old Town. Having that extra second to glide means cutting a few corners on top of rooftops or gliding over a couple lampposts to save a faulty single jump. Best advice is to look at YouTube videos and find the routes that feel most natural with your style. Then, perfect it by repetition. Muscle memory will eventually make you succeed I remember going to sleep at night and rehearsing the routes in my head over and over again. I’d wake up the next morning and beat it over coffee. Like most challenging trophies, you just get obsessed with it and your day will eventually come! You got this!

Unfortunately, and actually surprisingly, I have not found any videos showing the best ways to use the Pyza. Using the normal ways and cutting some corners with the Pyza is nice but I am sure there are unexpected and unexplored shorter ways with the Pyza suit. I currently achieved three trials in the old town but the simple Pyza does not make them way easier. At least not like I expected them to be. I will try with the double Pyza and keep training.

Any update? I see those are the only two trophies you have left for 100%. I myself just completed it and didn’t find it too difficult at all. I used 2 Pyza suits but only found them helpful on old town.

BluesFanUK
I couldnt be bothered with trial and error on these so i got a video up of another playthrough and just copied where they went. Having the Kuai dagger and Pyza suit makes it fairly simple. If you can also get someone to drop grandmas eggnog for you, play on nightmare and pop one before the race starts. The only one i had trouble on was the one in the Slums with narrow ledges on the bridge. Kept falling off.
