RockySanchez666 Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 hey guys, i need help having a problem with ps4 disk drive, yesterday i put in a disk but it went crazy like constant spinning i could't play it so i tried removing disk but i couldn't unless i manually pulledit out, tried again today but got same problem, any ideas how to fix it or do i need to buy a new ps4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

SnowxSakura Posted December 22, 2019 Share Posted December 22, 2019 (edited) It's possible the plastic piece that holds the rollers in place came out(a common problem with ps4s.) If the piece isn't in place the drive can't pull in or eject discs. You'll have to disassemble the drive to inspect it.
