For me it was Breakfast which consisted of Coffee ( about the amount of Tim Horton's Small Cup for reference) which i took with 2% milk, 10% half and half and sugar, and a sesame seed bagel toasted with Peanut Butter If you don't want to explain your meal like I did then just take a picture and post it here.
