Alright, so my first update in a long while...finally found twenty minutes at work where I can sneak on here and post  One more to badge worthiness!

 

Lose the Weight - Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken (Vita)  - Putzky is kind of tubby and Mega-Brno is a behemoth.

 

Focus on Family - The Order: 1886  - Isabeau and Alastair are step siblings and the adopted children of the Lord Chancellor.

Get a Better Job - Indigo Prophecy  - A couple chapters you play as Lucas at his job at the bank and most of the time you are playing as Tyler and Carla, it is as their job as cops.

 

Finish Your Masterpiece - Heavy Rain - In the Prologue there is a trophy related to having Ethan finish his architecture drawing.

 

Volunteer More - Path of Exile - There are several side quests related to NPC's in the various chapter villages. (This is a pipe dream that I finish before the end of March...but I'm going to try!)

Make More Money - Rocketbirds 2: Evolution (Vita)  - In part two you have to collect and spend $50,000 and there is also a trophy for unlocking 100 different weapons/gear that you need to collect money for.

It's been a bit since I updated this thread. I've played through a few smaller titles, just feeling indie lately I guess. I swapped a Cat Quest and Valiant Hearts into my list, since they were done. I also finished Untitled Goose Game, but don't think it fits a category for this event. I've worked on a couple of other games a lot and didn't earn trophies in them. I play Beat Saber almost daily, but still don't have the skills to get an SS rank on expert mode, which is the platinum breaker. I've gotten close a few times but feels like a glass ceiling. I restarted Dark Souls but screwed up the quest line with my main fat man, Seigmeier of Catarina. I decided to restart the game once again rather than fix in NG+. Also, my wife was giving me a bit a grief because I wasn't playing anything I got for Christmas; so I started up Anthem. I expected a shit show, but was pleasantly surprised that it's actually pretty decent. It wasn't long before I started it on my main account. I really don't have any complaints about it. The worst thing is the collectibles grind is kind of annoying, but that's not an issue unique to Anthem. I'm not saying its particularly good at anything. Kind of mediocre. But it's fine and I have enjoyed working on it. I'm hanging Anthem up for a couple of weeks until the in-game winter event is over. The event made a couple varieties of the collectibles scarce; but I will for sure be completing it in this forum event's time frame. My goal for the weekend are to wrap up Man of Medan. Over the next week, I plan to work on Dark Souls and Atelier Firis and appreciate the dichotomy.

Update time! 

 

Another game down! Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Remastered. A great experience, improving a lot compared to the first one I really enjoyed this one. Except for the Brutal playthrough which really is unfair a lot of the time. I really liked the diversity of the different areas and the newly added characters. I am looking forward to the 3th one which I will playing next, alongside the Iceborne Crown Event quest that was added today. Hopefully I will get lucky so I have more time to play the games for the event as I still have quite some work to do according to my spreadsheet approximately 110 hours and that is not including DLC (not required for the event I know but as the completionist that I am I like to go for 100%). Have a fantastic weekend everyone! Always love to read everyone his/her progress here.

Papers, Please works for Job.

Shaq Fu is really fun and would work for Family. Be aware, though, that you can only 100% the game if you get the physical version as they never released the DLC for the digital version.

Doodle Kingdom works for Money.

Syberia works for Job.

Song of the Deep is really fun and works for the Family category.

The Unfinished Swan can be used for Masterpiece.

Dear Esther works for Family.

Three Fourths Home works for Family.

Hue works for family and masterpiece.

Among the Sleep works for family.

Making a quick retro-active addition, @eigen-space post above made me realize I had completed Machinarium in January and never added it onto my list.  With tic-tac-toe and then some arcade games you can play, it does fit perfectly under Find Time

Update - Haven't posted in a bit. Guac 2 really got me stuck for a while. It is crazy that has a 30% plat rate. It is a very difficult game if your reflexes are slowing with age. I would say way harder than the original Guac. Anyway, it is basically done now, but I'll be holding the plat for my 800th.

 

I did finish My Big Sister which works perfectly for Family. I have a few options for School still

I'm not familiar with the game, but unless you are actually doing something artistic in the game (playing music, dancing, building something, taking photos, drawing something, etc) then it doesn't count. If the rationale is that the game itself is "artistic" then that doesn't suffice.

I think we decided before that the apprenticeship doesn't work as a school category, and outfits don't bridge that gap either.

Finely FF8 done, now somewhat time to focus on Danganronpa (and possibly Driver San Francisco)... 

 

I could use another of the Jurassic Park Episodes for "Get a Better Job", but as of now, I will keep it open, just in case that I end up finishing Driver.. Just to avoid using 2 episodes to fulfill 2 categories..

One game that should count from your profile is Danganronpa V3. It is set in the Ultimate Acedemy for Gifted Juveniles plus all the characters are high school students.

Thanks for the recommendations! I have a few of those on my backlog, so this was a huge help

 

I'm considering either making it one of two URs I've had in my sights for a bit (Stardew Valley or Catherine) or maybe making it KHIII. I'm not the biggest fan of it but KH was my first ever RPG so it might be a nice way to bring it all together, in a sense~

5th Update (Week of February 17th):

 

Finally ended up finishing Nier: Automata and got the platinum.

 

 

Really good RPG from Square Enix with a great cast of characters. I'll go ahead and spoil the endings for everyone:

 

1. As 9S I was completely blind and didn't notice his ship at the beginning of his playthrough. Therefore I went exploring and abandoned the mission.

2. As 2B I was reorganizing my chips and removed the one that kept me alive. Smart play there...

3. As 9S I concentrated on getting the trophy of him being in his "outfit" (the one where you blow up on purpose). However, word of caution, don't self-destruct on the bunker.

 

 

Oh I forgot to mention these are all bad endings and aren't the true endings of the game. Sorry, not going to spoil this gem for people who didn't play it.

 

Anyways go ahead and put this game under Find Time for Yourself as I definitely went on some fishing trips out on the rivers, oil patch, and the sea.

 

I have went ahead and started on my next game on the PS3 which is Steins;Gate. I will bring further information in approximately one week, El Psy Kongroo.
