Popular Post Spacey_Dweeb
This week, I've mostly been working on Days Gone. I just finished the story last night. I think the game is pretty underrated. It's not going to blow any one away, but it is for sure high quality and worth playing. I'd put it at about the same level as Marvel's Spider-Man game as far as my personal level of enjoyment. I think it will take me a couple more days to mop up the trophies for Days Gone but my Volunteer More category should be checked off soon! - Lose Weight - Dark Souls - 60% - Focus on Family - Thronebreaker - 5% - Update Relationship Status - Man of Medan - 37% - Go to the Gym - AC Odyssey - 17% - Find Time for Yourself - Slime Rancher - 91% - Find a Job - Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey - 9% - Finish Your Masterpiece - SingStar - 39% - Volunteer More - Days Gone - 65% - Do Better in School - Resident Evil 2 - 41% - Make More Money - Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands -

Finished up the 100%, and then the Plat. Yakuza 0 is a fantastic game, but a pretty long and difficult Plat. Probably be awhile before I go through all this again with Kiwami. Added a couple more games to the list, so I can try and get to the minimum. Edited January 15, 2020 by DamagingRob

Popular Post AuroraHistoire
Alright, I completed Uncanny Valley, Broforce and Zone of the Enders HD Edition this week. Uncanny Valley was very boring since you do a lot of waiting around until your shift ends. It is a very accurate representation of the security guard trade but not very fun. The not security guard parts of the game are not very good either. Broforce is a game where everyone has big guns. You also occasionally shoot firearms. In Broforce, you play as a bunch characters from action movies but replace a few letters in their name with 'bro' so nobody sues. The game plays more like a strategy game because you die in one hit. You spend most of the game avoiding combat and picking your fights very carefully. The entire map is destruct-able, so digging under all the enemies is a viable strategy. Zone of the Enders was a very enjoyable game. Well everything but the rescue missions were enjoyable. Rescue missions 3-5 were actually designed to be A-Ranked without having to hope for good RNG, so I guess they're fine. Rescue Missions are really difficult because you can't let too many of the destruct-able structures get destroyed, regardless if people are currently in them or not. Rescue mission 1 has almost zero room for error. If a enemy patrol decides to destroy a empty house, your collateral damage percentage rises above 10% and you can't A-Rank the mission anymore. Every structure will explode and burst into flames if any attack touches it. Rescue Mission 2 is a nightmare. You battle a massive boss in that location before you even know that rescue missions exist. If you battle the boss normally, half the map will get destroyed. Any damage done to a map is permanent. It's possible to start rescue mission 2 and have the mission impossible to A-Rank. Also, the enemies on rescue mission 2 will destroy a few building regardless on how well you play the mission. You have to restart the whole game if more then a few roads and a maximum of 2 buildings get damaged during the boss fight. Also, if you restart, you have to A-Rank Rescue Mission 1 again. Aside from that rather large complaint, the rest of the game is solid. Lose the Weight - Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Focus on Family - Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory Update Relationship Status - Nekopara Vol. 3 Go to the gym - Broforce ? Find time for yourself - Everybody's Golf Get a Better Job - Uncanny Valley ? Finsh Your Masterpiece - Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone ✅ (Not sure what icon I should use to indicate having the base game trophies of a 100% game with DLC) Volunteer More - Zone of the Enders HD Do Better in School - Persona 4 Golden Make More Money - Trinity Universe

Yen-Pop
I finally have an update! Life slowed down just long enough to finish up my first platinum of the year, and my 100th trophy! ? I am curious, and I apologize if this has been asked to death since I haven't been able to keep up with the thread much, but are we able to use DLC for this event? If not, totally understandable, I just figured I would check! EDIT: I moved Trover Saves the Universe because I realized I had it in a category for sidequests, and there aren't really sidequests in it, unless you count collectibles as a "sidequest", which I wouldn't. Lose Weight: Trover Saves the Universe Focus on Family: Bioshock Infinite (PS4) 88% Update Relationship Status: The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan 19% Go to the Gym: Brutal Legend 72% Time For Yourself: Better Job: Bendy and the Ink Machine 85% Finish Your Masterpiece: Volunteer More: Do Better in School: Make More Money: Assassin's Creed Rogue (PS3) 80% Edited January 17, 2020 by Yen-Pop
Edunstar84
@Yen-Pop - No, we're not allowed to use DLCs. I wanted to use Overcooked 2, which would've been great.
SpaceCoresDad
Well, only halfway through the month of January and I've finally got my first game done! The next ones shouldn't take anywhere near as long, haha. Lose the Weight - Death Stranding Deadman (played by Guillermo del Toro) is a central character to the story, and also very overweight. Given how many side quests I had to do to complete it, I almost wanted to put it for that, but this seems like a category that's a lot more difficult to do so I'm going to keep it there. Four more to go for the badge! We'll see where it goes from there.
ladynadiad
Lose the Weight - Seek Hearts Focus on Family - htoL#NiQ - The Firefly Diary Update Relationship Status - Go to the Gym - Danganronpa 1+2 Reload (90%) Find Time For Yourself - Queen's Quest 3 Get a Better Job - Valiant Hearts: The Great War Finish Your Masterpiece - Okami HD Volunteer More - Do Better in School - Muv-Luv (1%) Make More Money - Heroes Trials Finished up Seek Hearts. After playing it I decided to swap the category for it to Lose the Weight since I'm not absolutely sure I'll be able to wrap up Dark Cloud in time, but finding another game with sidequests isn't a problem. That and because of the fact that the protag is a guild member, the sidequests really feel like extra parts of his job and not really fitting for the spirit of Volunteer More. The reason for why it fits for Lose the Weight is there is a major supporting character (the Guild Chief, Gordon), who is definitely overweight. At many points in the story you have to go and report to the chief about the results of a mission and information found and also get information/new missions from him so he's a major enough supporting character to count. Also changing Do Better in School to Muv-Luv because the characters are all high school students and considering I'm really doing bad at finishing up the original Corpse Party, probably won't get to Corpse Party Blood Drive in the near future. Inuty
Lose the Weight - Focus on Family - Update Relationship Status - Go to the Gym - Find Time For Yourself - Get a Better Job - Finish Your Masterpiece - Volunteer More - Do Better in School - Make More Money - Code Vein Code Vein has a trophy were you Need to get 150 different skills. You Need to collect haze (like souls in Dark souls) to buy those skills because it‘s the only curreny in the Game. I think it would fit in this category but please correct me if any one see it differently. Depending on that, I will Choose the category of my other Game

Fnee2000
Another game finished, this time for the Focus on Family category. I finished up Life is Strange 2 and the adventures of the Diaz brothers. What an adventure it was! That poor Sean was getting beat up left and right during my playthrough. It could have just been my choices or the way it was always going to play out. I am not sure if I enjoyed it as much as the first Life is Strange, but it definitely had a much broader cultural element to the story this time around... Lose the Weight - Day of the Tentacle Remastered (PS4) - Hoagie Focus on Family - Life is Strange 2 (PS4) - The tale of brothers Sean and Daniel Update Relationship Status - Hakuoki : Stories of the Shinsengumi (PS3) - a VN with several relationship options Go to the Gym - God of War (PS4) - Kratos Find Time For Yourself - Path of Sin : Greed (PS4) - lots of mini games mixed with hidden object puzzles Get a Better Job - The Wolf Among Us (PS4) - Bigby is a detective Finish Your Masterpiece - Tearaway (PSV) - paper art!
