Doom 1 not so bad. Does missing a secret exit and then doing the secret level after I beat the chapter still count?

In episode one I beat the first 8 levels in coop nightmare and I missed the secret exit in level 3 and beat it regularly. And when I beat episode 1 I player the secret level 9 separately without entering it using the secret exit I entered it from the level select. And in episode 2 I beat level 5 with the secret exit and it took me to the secret level 9 and I beat it so am I good to beat 6 7 and 8 and episode  3 and I will earn the not so bad trophy?

Don't worry about secret levels unless the secret exit is quicker than the main exit. I saw someone get it without using the secret exit in e3m6.
