Legendary Equipment List

Has anyone either found or created a checklist for all the legendary armor and weapons? 

 

I've tried searching the web to no avail.

I just googled ‘assassins creed odyssey legendary gear’ and 2 out of the first 3 websites listed all legendary weapons and armour and how to get them. I won’t post the links so you can give it a go yourself.

I did find websites detailing legendary gear and how to get them, but I was looking for something more along the lines of a spreadsheet or something like that.
