If you mean the USJ Blazing Stars it has a chance of spawning a mini crown, I had to get investigations for him, you can go on an optional mission to get his tracks and get investigations, not all of them are going to be azure rathalos tho. I need just 2 crowns for the platinum: giant silver rath giant gold rath But my game REFUSES to give me investigations & I’ve loaded the 2 events so much I’m sick of them and still nothing!!! Hey I don’t know if this helps you but I found this guys video and if you watch from the start he gets a giant silver rathalos from the special arena MR Silver Rathalos optional quest that cycles in and out once you’ve completed it. Not ideal I know as the quest disappears then reappears randomly, but completed optional seem to stay a while if you abandon them rather than return, so when the quest appears maybe worth checking. Does the optional quest special arena have the ability to give giant crowns? I managed to score a Gold Crown for the Gold Rathalos, just can't remember if it's a small or giant crown (sorry).
