I had a feeling it would happen. Well they can take as much time as needed if the final product ends up matching the hype.

No worries.  Backlog is strong, not sure how much interest I had in it anyway.

Man, while I am really looking forward to this, I am ok with waiting. Hopefully the wait is worth it.

I don't mind the delay if it means we get a more polished product. I still have RE3 to look forward to and I'm sure that'll keep me busy for most of April.

Got enough games to keep me busy until 2023, so a delay to September isn't bad.

That makes 4 games I was interested in this year with delay's.

Fully expecting Resident Evil 3 remake to be next...

Dude can you see the future? First thing that came to my mind was your post in the FFVII thread. :D

I wonder if FF&R had anything to do with this, but at least we will get more to get polished

Did people really think CDPR would release a game on schedule? lol

Anyway, this just means I'll have a lot more time to play RE3 and FF7.

I bet square enix have a massive smile on their face now, FF7 is basically unchallenged all the way up to the last of us 2 it should sell a shit ton. I’m now hoping they announce next gen versions of cyberpunk. I’d rather wait two months and play a superior version.

Fine by me, gives me more time for Animal Crossing, Doom, FF7R and Persona 5 Royal before TLOU2 comes out :D.

Awesome, now maybe while they're waiting they can fix GWENT Card Battle for consoles so people can get a Platinum.

As long as they don't delay it until the actual year 2077 they can take as long as they like.

Really? If it releases in 2054, that's OK? 😄

But seriously, like others, I don't care about this delay. However, it has nothing to do with the new "It's fine as long as they release a polished product!' refrain. Let's be honest - this game will be just as buggy on release in September as it would have been in April.

Fate is not very subtly telling me to quit being a punk and just focus on the backlog (or FFXIV) for a while.

No point in buying games that’ll be released in the second half of 2020 for PS4. They will all be released for PS5 where they’ll look and perform strictly better.

Hopefully this means a better game, but still… damn it!
