Seperate platinum for ps4 vs ps3?

Hi everyone i just finished the plat and 100 % on the ps3, i was wondering can i do it again on the ps4 for another set of trophies and another plat?

Keep in mind though that the Vita game is a completely different game than the PS3/PS4 game.
