I usually only have a water and sometimes a Dr. Pepper. I don't eat while playing either to avoid the grease. A while ago my wife was eating Lays potato chips will using one of our PS4 controllers. I was like...

Then I realized I'd better just be happy she's trying to get into gaming.

Very often i'm so into the games that i don't even remember to eat or drink anything, which can be a bit dangerous. Did notice that the hard way once, when i almost passed out the next morning.. Pepsi max is my favorite beverage. If playing with a friend i most likely have some potato chips lying around or something.

Efficient!

As one of the site dads (edit for grammar), I implore you all to drink plenty of fluids, preferably water. It's bad enough to be sitting for long periods of time, let's not add to it with junk food and sugary energy beverages. I want every one of you to be gaming for a long time.

 This wont work for me.

Shapes, Pizza or BBQ flavour, Wasabi peas, Salter or unsalted peanuts.

Beer, whiskey and coke. Gin and Tonic

If it's late at night on a weekend some fin cheese with a good peated whisky

Mind you i am 37 working M-F so my weekends are my relaxing days
