Try making Sam drink until he has 1000 ml in the bladder, and then go pee near some cliff, small hill, or even at the top of the mountain. Hope it helps. EDIT: Congrats on getting the trophy Cheers buddy, I had it updated, not sure what happened but I had to pee 7 times in all different areas until it finally unlocked.
