I'm currently at 1201. My goal is to get that to under 1000, but considering how often I keep adding new games, that may take awhile.

I bet like half of those unearned trophies are from Driveclub.  A part of you must be glad that Evolution Studios is closed down so you don't have to worry about any more DLC being added. 

 

The story of why you have Band Hero on your profile must be an interesting one. Especially considering how you earned 3 trophies and then bailed on it. If only you had know what a completionist you would become...

Only 1/6 =D But it's at least 40% of the completion

Few years ago, I've been a regular at one cafe where they had a PS3. The owner had a limited amount of games so I offered him my Plus subscription. 

I expected him to use his own account but due to unforeseen circumstances, my account stayed as a default one so when someone played a game, the trophies would be earned on my account and due to Plus automatic updates, they were synced =/

 

I did not have PS3 myself so Band Hero, SSFIV, WRC1, LOTR and Motorstorm appeared =D Then I bought PS3 so my account was always logged off from that one. Then the cafe got closed and I forgot to deactivate it... It was good until before trophy 4000 where FC3 and Naruto appeared on my profile, that made me remember the account was still there so I deactivated it through PC settings and from there on, all games are mine =D

 

So... that's how it is

So I guess you're tasked with cleaning up other people's mess now.  For me, it's bad enough trying to 100% my own games, so I can only imagine what it's like doing it for games you didn't play and have no interest in whatsoever.

 

Good luck in your clean-up. I don't know anything about Band Hero, but I can already tell how much of a pain that will be to 100%, especially if you have to buy equipment for it.

Yea, pretty much =D But actually... it's somehow interesting... Since I know I'm only clearing it, I don't feel the need to complete them in one go =D

It's a rhythm game... that cannot be played with controller :/

To 100% it, I would need to buy guitar, drums and microphone... it probably comes to 100 bucks or more :/

So I plan to either somehow borrow the equipment... it is a party game so someone needs to have it Or I'll buy a guitar to at least clear something and either try to boost it with someone who has the missing peripherals

 

 

All in all, I could hide those games. But I hate hiding trophies. It's not that much about the big H, but I would hate to see all milestones being absolutely wrong

Ouch... that's a big investment for a game you don't care for. It all sounds like a giant hassle, but hey, I know the struggle. Yeah, I hate hiding trophies too. Most of my trophy milestones are messed up already, so it's less about that, but more about not wanting to be seen as a fraud.

I am missing 388 trophies.

 

Of those, about 24 are unobtainable trophies.  But if you remove those and ones I don't have the games for, and DLC I definitely won't buy, then I have 208 trophies still to get. 

 

Narrowing even further, some of those games I have no expectation of getting some of the trophies (gaming should be fun, and these trophies will take too much time and effort and won't be enjoyable).  So my aim is to get have around 230 unearned trophies.
