jonesey46 Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 There actually is, provided you have the disc version you can revert the game back to version 1.0 and play the first mission on the blimp up until you drop down into the little casino. You can stealth kill the big guy with the dieselhammer, kill everyone, then jump off the ship to kill yourself and you'll respawn at the checkpoint just before dropping into the casino. The reason you have to revert the game back is because they patched out the checkpoints in the first mission, because you know, god forbid someone find a way to make this grind more bearable. Hope this helps, I tried to find a video for it but couldn't so message me if you need more help. Sadly it only works for the dieselhammer so you'll have to do the regular grind for the other hammer weapons. Damn thanks alot mate, i wish i knew this yesterday, i grinded yesterday for 7h, only for laser and diesel, and im only missing 72 kills with diesel, i wish i asked earlier. But thanx alot once again. melodicmizery Posted February 19, 2020 Share Posted February 19, 2020 this was one of the most useless grinds ive ever encountered in my life. one thing i can tell you that i learned is, the game tends to give you ammo for certain guns you need kills for. like the diesel guns. i cant remember the specific guns but lets clal them the bigger guns. after you rank up all the way, you will receieve more ammo for a gun that isnt mastered. thats how it was for me anyways. so at least thats a plus. i most of posted some tips somewhere in the complaining thread for this game while i was doing it if you feel like browsing it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
