"Bye Bye", activision shutdown a few legacy games.

Revenge of the fallen seems to be down. Tried to create a game and connect to the leaderboards and neither of them work

 

edit: Log in failed message when trying wolfenstein, guess that got wiped out late as well

That died on the same day as the Transformers games so is now dead as a Dodo .

Wolfenstein 2009 is down for a week now. I just tried it today. It's not possible to create or search for a server

Activision have just shit-canned all of the remaining Transformers games with online trophies i.e. War for Cybertron, the PS3 version of Fall of Cybertron and both versions of Rise of the Dark Spark : https://support.activision.com/articles/legacy-activision-games

 

The only Platinumable Transformers game is the offline only Devastation.

its sad to see this... i can confirm that GH:M - GH:5 are no longer able to play online. and if you don't have some of the online trophies, the platinum its impossible. Some weeks ago the servers are working and stop for a few day, but now they don't works

Also don't forget Activision discontinued League Play little back for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 meaning you can no longer get into division... Someone explain to me why they decided to discontinue League Play for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 after the lifecycle ended despite the fact although Call of Duty Black Ops 3's lifecycle ended, but seasons are still ongoing in Arena mode (equivalent to Black Ops 2's League Play)...

This really pissed me off that they didnt announce this or no game site covered it if they did. I had one online trophy left in War for Cybertron and just a few easy ones in Rise of the Dark Spark. Would have hustled to finish those if id known. Probably won't buy another Activision game. I know these servers had been up for awhile but give a damn PSA.

Nascar 2011 was also published by Activision, not sure why it's not listed on their site. It has six online trophies, but they are not very time-consuming and can easily be self-boosted in just a few hours.
