Invincibility exploit

After exploring every bit of level we knew about I suddenly tried to attach a keyboard to the game because it's made in unity. After jokingly trying a password "liveme7times" we found after de-compiling Attacking Zegeta 2go for Android I wasn't able to die anymore meaning we found an invincibility code. We tried more passwords after that but soon realized it was just the "i" key that needed to be pressed.

 

Prerequisites:

USB or Bluetooth Keyboard

 

Steps for invincibility:

- Start AZ2

- Attach a keyboard to your PS4

- Go into the game

- Let your guy spawn and press "i" (doesn't work in the maze)

- ??????

- PROFIT

 

Keys that work:

ESC - Pause

DEL - Delete progress and remove power-ups. This will incorrectly set the required exp for level 1 and onward to 0/1000. Do this in the loading maze and it will incorrectly set the required exp to 0/5.

i - Invincibility (only works in the game)

o - Show hint

p - Close hint

Arrow keys - Move

Space - Jump

c - Crouch (only works in the maze)

Left shift - Walk slow (only works in the maze)

Left control - Shoot

Right Alt - Hide UI

 

Print screen and Pause break are reserved by PSN which are the Share and XMB buttons.

Please let me know if you find out more buttons because I haven't found the sprint button yet. I've also tried changing to a Spanish keyboard in the settings and inputting the letter "ñ" but it does nothing.

This exploit is a huge help, but actually finding the exit is still pretty tough.

Yep it is.

 

Btw you can get yourself softlocked if enemies explode near you when you're inside an enemy building/tower. Not fun .

Mmm now I'm wondering if this is also applicable in AZ 1. If this is used for testing purposes on the ps4 version, then it might have the same logic? I can test tommorow. 

 

Update: nope, it doesnt seem like any of the keyboard stuff works in AZ 1.

I looked everywhere with this exploit and the level itself is very empty and unfinished. Maybe there is not even an exit. The end of the level is basically a high tower with spikes and when you climb the last spike, you just slip and fall ffs.

 

Edit: Actually you can climb it with speed and jump powerups combined. But if you jump from there and land distant enough, you will end up falling into the sea and then you just keep falling forever

So platinum this is impossible? How can such games have trophies. Trophies that no one can unlock.

this game is a giant troll, Majoras. And such game have trophies because trophies are mandatory. It's trophy hunters problem if no one can unlock them. The devs are only obliged to add them, but they're not obliged to render them unlockable properly. WarHammer games speak for themselves about this.

 

And by the way, don't get your blood bitter for the trophies, because, by the end of the day, they're just a worthless pixellated image.

obviously, but let's not start another "philosophical" war. PSN Profiles is already full of complaints and no one will change their minds about what they believe (especially me).
