Undead Wolf Posted February 26, 2022 Author Share Posted February 26, 2022 I'm a couple of days late on this one, but it turns out that one scene in Martha Is Dead everybody was talking about wasn't all that was censored. I've updated the game's entry with the other changes and I'll list them below. Be wary of spoilers if you care about that. I've added it to the list. And even if it's "obvious" that the console version is censored, it still belongs on the list. When the PS4/5 version was delayd for 4 whole months on PS i thought it would be censored. I contacted YongYangMobile and at the time they said they didn't know if they needed to censor it. But i'm pretty sure it is censored... It's also important to note that Sam Maggs doesn't work with Insomniac anymore, seemingly for over a year, so her statements should be taken with a grain of salt. She was also saying on Twitter that "Rivet is canonically lesbian"; however, nothing in the game or official media alludes to this. Don't know how many of you heard about the controversy, but around the time of launch, players discovered that Aloy had fully rendered nipples that you could see using the game's photo mode. That's been changed in one of the recent patches. I've put before and after pics in the game's entry on the list if you're curious (NSFW obviously). The change was expected given how Sony issued DMCA's to people sharing videos of it and even went after Sankaku Complex for an article they made about it.
