Is platinum and 100% DLCs still obtainable?

Yep. The servers are up again and every trophy is available, well at least the ones I went for have worked. The only one you might have trouble with is sellout but it is still possible if you import a friends skater.

Hey, as said above:
- Servers are up again, but nobody knows for how long (though it has been up again since december 2019)
- Platinum is still available, but you may have some problems finding a team for team trophies related
- Sellout trophy is still available
- All DLC can be done offline

Is it possible to create a team? Or server for this is gone? And the only way is to find already created teams?

I just bought the DLC a few days ago on the UK store.
