Is the PS3 Borderlands multi and co op online servers are still activate

Because I tried the game on the free trial of the playstation plus for that platform and the servers says that I have trophies earned but can be counted if I get the game.

 

And I found that the game gave co op and multiplayer trophies but does I can get them or they are unachievabl

They went down with the closure of GameSpy, but Gearbox themselves opened up new servers and brought the game back online. The recent remaster allows for character importing from previous gen, which requires some form of active online server. The entire game is able to be played solo and is quite easy still, and with the co-op trophies, the only one that absolutely needs to be done online with another player is the "And They'll Tell Two Friends" trophy. Everything else can be done local with a second controller.

You can still get the Platinum/100% for every single Borderlands game, regardless of what platform you're on . Outside of a handful of online only trophies, you can finish all of the games entirely by yourself. The exception though, is the JP version because the Claptrap DLC was never released - thus you can Platinum the game but not 100% it .
