Time Trials Not Counting

Hey everyone.

 

I've been tackling some of the time trial challenges in Sonic Forces. I was working on Stage 10 for 75 seconds to clear. I did it within the time needed and it didn't complete the mission. So I did it without Super Sonic within the time frame and again it didn't complete. I closed the application and booted it back up this time trying Stage 11 and clearing it with 5 seconds to spare: again no challenge completed and its still unchecked in the missions menu. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the issue is? Has this happened to anyone?

Update: I closed the application a few times and finally got one to count but the other didn’t. When I did some time trials the next morning after this issue everything was back to normal.

Network issue.. if your internet is unstable during anytime of the staging progress, your time will be forfeited.

Thank you. I did end up just deleting the application and reinstalling it. So far I've had no issues.
