I had read that this trophy was buggy for most people that the trophy was not popping up after stealing stash at 4 homesteads. This happened for me too, however it eventually popped after I took the stash at Jackson Home in the South. Followed Powerpyx's guide and did it in the same sequence.This seems to be happening for others as well.

So do not worry if it hasn't popped after 4 , try till 6th one. 

Note: I took only the stash and also looted a body by mistake. So I suppose only the stash seems to count for the trophy. So break and enter humming hakuna matata!
