Switch Eshop is normally right and ever since that statement, the game is STILL up on the Eshop for the 23rd release. The interviewee in question have their confidentiality agreement of course and perhaps that particular individual wasn't aware it had gone up, so played it coy. I dunno, could be a few reasons, but just saying the Eshop preorder looks legit. I saw a site where the poster said 'the release date is incorrect'. Dunno why the poster reached that conclusion when the spokesperson never said it was 'incorrect', just that they will not confirm it!
