Evolved to v1.00 is much easier, due to the fact you don't need to complete the following in the current patch of the game. In other words, you only need to complete 20 scenarios and 11 plague types. The requirements they added in the current patch is strange, as to why they have to add these for trophy requirement: * Shadow Plague Mega-Brutal * 6 Scenarios they added (Fake News is now required, as well). You can get both Scenario Master and Disease Master in this 1.00 patch legitimately without doing those extra requirements.
