I'm having a hard time grinding this out and I'm sure there's a great level to level up, but I haven't found it yet. The lack of information about this game is also an issue. Did you find a better way? The level I grinded was 5-1 on Extreme if I remember correctly. I was able to gain almost 2 levels per run.
