New update appears to radically change the game. You do need to rank up Masterminds to even higher levels to unlock it all, but some really powerful stuff there.

the new mod card that reduces bioweapon cooldown is a joke, Nicholai in particular can basically use Nemesis every minute or so and it's not unsual to see bioweapons in the first area now, which was incredibly rare before the update. The game already favoured masterminds, it's getting OTT now. And I'm still seeing people cheating as Nicholai, which, like... why

The devs have acknowledge this is an exploit and are asking the community not to abuse it. A hotfix is coming (likely sometime this week). Until them MM will continue to abuse this exploit. Funny enough last week i beat a Daniel that was abusing the BOW cooldown exploit.

Ah, well that's a relief, would have been enough to put me off the game.

Looks like the last patch was actually the last update the game will get, I'm not sure if they will keep doing balance changes but it seems that any major content like a character or map will not happen anymore.
