angrymangamer
Juts out of curiosity how do people chat on mic with a ps3? What do they use as it is not like xbox where you can have a party chat? Just new with all this so in future where i join sessions and make sessions I understand.
Bumperklever
Mostly discord or party chat on ps4. But I noticed that a lot of the ps3 games are actually just long ass grinds which don't need 'intense communication' hence that the chat would suffice. For example: Singularity is like farming for games and wins and doing the misc trophies while you farm. Honestly doesn't need voice. Red dead redemption has a lot of misc trophies which is just a lot more organizable with a voice chat. Cod zombies probably a nessecaty. Seraphim_Rez
I haven't used voice chat through Discord since my computer is in another room so PS4 party chat is what I've always used. It's worked out pretty well. I've been helping some people boost RDR1 even though I finished the online portion and it's so much easier and hassle free then when I previous boosted it where we just used messages the whole time. And like Bumper mentioned above, some of the PS3 games with mp trophies are really grindy so outside of maybe discussing a plan and having a system beforehand for how turns will work or whatever, you don't need voice chat.
