Popular Post Draps-1337
I'm not sure If I should be ashamed or not. But I finished Chaos Child last night. I think it took around 50ish hours. Last week I had been playing 3-4 hours each night after work. ON the weekend though. I played for 15 hours on both Saturday & Sunday. I have barely slept, and I don't think it was worth it. the first two main endings were great. The game is very creepy all the way through and definitely had me on edge for the first playthrough. (the story got a little weird and I was left with a few questions that don't get answered ever) My second ending revolved around Arimura and honestly was a really great ending branch. The following ending felt either really cringe or lacked the narrative complexity for how long it required me to read.(there is only so much normal schoolboy life I can read...) I was very happy to move onto Tearaway Unfolded for a couple of hours before heading to bed. 7 down, 3 to go. Let's do this. Really enjoying everyone's updates! good luck! Popular Post MidnightDragon
Update time Maneater-39=>54% Dungeons II Ghost of Tsushima Reel Fishing: Road Trip Adventure Oxenfree Shakedown Hawaii Swaps: 1/2 Getting close to the end of the story of Maneater (or what passes for story). I have all but two regions at 100%. I found all the landmarks in the game. None of the apex predators have given me much trouble until I faced Shamu's twin brother. Took a few tries to figure out the exact pattern and didn't help the fight was in a Sea World-like tank. I've fully upgraded my shark's chosen evolutions. Now just a few more things to do before I can put this game to bed.

I started Conception II as the Vita game I’m going to work on for the time being. According to the guide it should only take 35 hours as long as I save scum, so it’ll be a nice new JRPG finished for me once I’m done with it! I did manage to mess up an event I needed right away though, I didn’t check before I ended the chapter so I saved over the old one where I could have gone back and gotten it :/ oh well, easily fixed, but still. Lesson learned, I’ll be more careful about checking. I didn’t make much progress in Phoenix Wright, though. I was in the mood to write this week, so I didn’t get as much gaming done as I have the past few weeks. Writing is a hobby that disappears for me for the longest time until suddenly I have to write or I’ll die, and it’s been quite a while since I last wrote anything so I can't really say I'm surprised it happened. Once I had my fill though, I got back to gaming, but not until after several days of not playing anything. I also picked up Animal Crossing again after several weeks of not playing it, so that didn’t help much either. I’m adding yet another game, thanks to PS+. Erica is supposed to be pretty short, so why not just do it right away, you know? I have one last other game I'm going to add soon, but I'm waiting to do that until I'm closer to a certain number of plats - I have a joke game planned for my #69 ??
Popular Post Stanners316
Update #5: 1. The Town of Light (PS4) - (3rd June) 2. The Council (PS4) - (18th June) 3. Ratchet & Clank (PS4) - (28th June) 4. Lego Avengers (PS4) - (2nd July) 5. Valiant Hearts (PS4) - 52% ? (7th July) 6. The Walking Dead S2 (PS4) - 82% ? (8th July) 7. Erica (PS4) - 42% 8. Steins;Gate (PSV) - 20% 23% 9. Kona (PS4) - 0% 10. Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge (PS3) - 0% 11. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4) - 0% Swapped in: Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter (PS4) - 0% Shenmue II (PS4) - 0% Swapped out: Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (PSV) 77% Final Fantasy 7 Original (PS4) - 11% Swaps used: 2/2 Time for the swaps. I've got no urge to resume Danganronpa 2. My Vita is playing up so if I wasn't being mentally hampered, I'm physically hampered now. I was just going through the motions playing FF7. Missing the Gold Saucer date was the clincher as I thought. As for the ins, I like my detective stuff. I hope the Devil's Daughter is as good as Crimes & Punishments. I played Shenmue for the Spring challenge and had a good laugh doing so, so I'm adding the 2nd one as I got both together. I finished a couple of 100s last week. Valiant Hearts is such a good game to work through. It's got a nice variety of game play elements, at one point you're using sheep as cover for when flares are illuminating the sky. Using the dog to retrieve items is enjoyable, and there's lots of collectables that are relevant to the Great War, offering some decent history education. The Walking Dead S2 took me 6 years 8 months less time to finish than S1 (couldn't be bothered to persevere with the rock/papers/scissors trophy in S1 until a few weeks ago!). S2 is very very good in it's own right. I may have benefited from the years between playing the two, because I found I missed it, and I enjoyed it even more. I ended the game in a situation in which only 10% of players also found themselves in, but I was quite pleased. I'll be picking up the other 3 at some point for sure, especially since you have to do some bits to earn some trophies on the final season, rather than just play through. I'm now at the point in Steins;Gate where most people feel the story has now got good. I wholeheartedly agree. Still, a little mini game where you punch yourself in the face wouldn't go amiss. The protagonist is just arghhh, although you start to kind of understand why he is how he is. I've got ghosting problems with my Vita though. Something's causing the thumbstick to think it's down, meaning choosing responses to texts is impossible, if it lets me bring up the phone at all. Compressed air and/or turning the system off and on again might temporarily fix it. Any progress is slow going though. 6 hours for one chapter yesterday. I haven't swapped it out because I'm enjoying it enough to play whilst being hampered. Didn't expect to say that about Steins;Gate 2 updates ago! Other bits - I cleaned up Stick it to the Man for another 100 - play it! Seasons after Fall was a cheap and fun plat that was a nice alternative for a couple of days. Speaking of alternatives, I'm actually playing some AAA titles, get me! The plats for Resident Evil 2 and Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition are out of my sights, but I'm enjoying getting as many trophies as poss. Also, I did buy Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in the end, so I've got a big game on my actual list, woo. Keep on keeping on!
Popular Post JayDeLosDioses
I know there hasn't been a new episode of sunday update for the past 3 weeks (or maybe two. I don't know anymore). That's 33% because of moving, 33% because of my grandad turning 80, 34% because of a lack of motivation and a 100% reason for no updates. But that doesn't mean there's nothing to update: I've finished Just Cause 4 and all it's DLC. Story - boring Gameplay - okay Trophies - okay (with a location guide) I don't like judging a game from a series by using earlier releases as a reference, every game should be judged by itself and not how it fits into a series imo. I'm only judging a games story if it's based on another game (Far Cry 5 and New Dawn for example). That being said: I was thinking that Just Cause 3 did this better and that better so many times. JC3 being my first game of the series I enjoyed it as a Square Enix sibling for Saints Row. And the story is still as crazy as Saints Row, but the moving frontlines to unlock more missions part of the gameplay wasn't as much fun as simply blowing up the whole military base like you did in the previous game. I took a break for a few days too. Cleaned up F1 2019 and got the plat before F1 2020 was released. But that also means I've only got one game left: Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag. But I'm having way too much fun playing F1 2020 MyTeam.

The Raven was a great detective game that kept you intrigued in the story the whole time. In the middle of the game you switch to a different character so that you can see the situation from their point of view. Of course, it wouldn't be a proper mystery game without that big reveal at the end. I definitely recommend it for people who enjoy point and click games. Twin Breaker was the perfect game to play on the vita and anyone who has played and enjoyed Pong will love this one. It also helps that there is an easy platinum to go along with it. I am planning on finishing Lego Batman 3 tonight (I know, I know I said this in my update 2 weeks ago ?, but for real this time). I have been working on the Last of Us Part II but I am taking my time and enjoying the environment along with being able to play as Ellie (who has become my new favorite character hands down). Once I finish Lego Batman 3, I am going to start Part I of the Deathly Hallows. I love seeing everyone's progress. Keep it up, we are halfway there! ?

I completed all the Spider-Man DLC they were all very well done, but a little harder with a few new enemy types. Still after all that probably one of my favorite games if this generation. I have one trophy still to get for journey that has been causing me some issues, but other than that its a fantastic short game that everyone should give atleast 1 playthrough. The sound track really sets the mood for every level. I've also swapped lego ninjago for lego marvel avengers. Swaps used 1 of 2.
Popular Post ResoluteRock
5th 1. Ratchet & Clank (PS4) - 0% 2. Layers of Fear - 0% 3. Nier Automata - 0%4. The Division 2 - 20% --> 86% 5. GRIS - 0% 6. Fractured Minds - 0% --> 100% 7. Dying Light - 0% --> 58% I started the Warlords of New York expansion for The Division 2. I'm about halfway done with it so far, and it's been okay, but there's a lot of "filler" content in here. Originally, I thought it was going to be 15 new story missions, but the majority of those missions are 2 minute fetch quests. "Go here and press square, mission complete" seems like a very lazy way to pad this DLC out and try to justify the $30 price tag. I'll 100% the DLC by this weekend (if I work up the motivation to finish it off) and then I'll be putting down The Division 2 until Discovery Mode releases for the Iron Horse raid. It'll be a lot simpler and more enjoyable to play the raid with matchmaking and with less complicated raid mechanics. I finished the story of Dying Light, as well as completing all of the online trophies and the Bozak Horde DLC. I thought the Bozak Horde trials speedrun was easy, even though the guide online rates it as a 7/10 . Multiple times my partner and I finished the trials with 2 minutes to spare for the speedrun trophy. The reason was likely that there was a community event occurring in-game that made all kicks and punches deadly to enemies. Like, they would get launched across the map whenever I dropkicked one of them ? I definitely got lucky with my timing of when I chose to play the Bozak Horde DLC. I've gotten sucked into Persona 5 Royal for the past week so I didn't make much progress at all on my backlog challenge. I'm 21 hours in and I'm just beginning the 2nd palace so I probably won't finish this game until next summer ?. I'm planning on finishing GRIS and maybe also Layers of Fear before the end of July so I can continue to make progress on my list.

First of all, finally managed to wrap up RIDE. Maybe it was because of how easy the platinum was, maybe it was because my controller barely worked, but when I got it, I felt... Nothing. No relief, no sadness, no happiness, nothing. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. I didn't hate my time, but to say I enjoyed it. The definition of mediocre. Also finished Detroit. Couldn't really get into the game, but once I had completely spoiled myself by reading the ending, I was suddenly interested. I did really enjoy my first playthrough, my second one not so much. Partially because the guide I was using had you be mean to everyone all the time. Finally, got some trophies in the cringefest that is LEGO Ninjago. How to put it, a joke needs a buildup. This game doesn't build up the jokes, and tries to be funny all the time. That simply doesn't work. The first enemies were difficult, because I had forgotten how to, or even if it was possible, block. The witness may happen later, but I can't be bothered to keep playing until that final trophy unlocks. Enter Erica (not literally, I think. That would be gross). I know nothing about this, but I'm pretty sure that it isn't a Guitar Hero clone at least. Wonder what it will bring. May switch out Rogue Aces as well, with how much issues I have with the final two trophies. Hopefully I'll unlock them now, as I'm writing this to cool off from another failed attempt. Edit: I died during the last mission... At least got another trophy, so I can be even more careful. But man, I was so close, I'm going to cry. I'm actually going to cry. Stay Tuned, I suppose? Edit: Welp, literally then next attempt was the right one. Rogue Aces is now a platinum! Happy Hunting Everyone! Popular Post Xenoblast91
UPDATE 3.0.: Here we go! A fortnight came, and it's time for the proper update! Well, in the last few days I finished 2 games that were daunting me, and yesterday began a new one, that previously thought could start in the past challenge. Anyways, I got a huge progress tho, and I think that by this month can finish or at least being close to finish another 2 more. I rest a few days ago for personal reason, but now returning with fully charged attitude. So the thing goes as this: Another World – 0%➡100% The Bridge – 0%➡100% Final Fantasy XV – 91%➡100% Call of Duty WWII – 61%➡100% Attack of the Toy Tanks – 0% Journey – 0% Ōkami HD – 0% Darksiders III – 0% |Swaps used 1/2: Wolfenstein Youngblood – 0%➡15% LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 – 0% Detroit: Become Human – 0% The Last of Us Remastered – 0% Finally beat COD: WWII, which campaign is really enojoying and has a really good appeal in graphics. I like the story too, and as my rant went last time, seems it worked! Beat the final DLC trophy requirement and focused on that part all long. Awsome game, and I think gives a good honor to the franchise as whole. Can't tell why people find it different, but Veteran difficulty was challenging to me, but doable at the end. A good 100% to show off, and I wanted to play it since a cousin allowed me to try it. I also need to recall that @MyJob_Shooter, @Ringtonwhaledog and @Nostromo_Neo for their support, help and tips for finishing off this game! If anyone has any trouble with zombies mode, please refer to them and they will surely give you a hand! Now, I'm been focusing to Wolfenstein Youngblood. Another FPS game, with RPG elements. The brief time I'm being playing it seems really good. I like the graphics with id Tech engine and looks superb. Also, I'll want to point out that the game design seems well done, however the levels and the maps have had more developed; sometimes I get lost and traveling between zones is confusing. However, I'm enjoying it at the moment, but hope to finish it quick. From what guides says that around 40-60 hours to Platinum gameplay doesn't sounds bad, probably will take long for grinding stuff and kills. By this, I leave my report as this, and I expect everyone is doing well too! I sometimes lurk around this thread and like to get inspiration from all of you guys! We're in the half od the challenge so let's crank it up for what remains ahead! Happy hunting all! ?
