Do I still have to complete the DLC? Since the event is almost over, I'll let it slide. I'm also going to change the requirements from Fall/Winter onwards that you only have to complete existing DLC and not new DLC since I realize it may be a bit too much. Popular Post DizzyDavidson
Update: Tales of Xillia 2 (PS3) - 100% God of War 3 (PS3) - 100% Bioshock Infinite (PS3) - 0% Zone of the Enders HD Edition (PS3) - 0%: Cat Quest (PS4) - 0% => 56% Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4) - 98% => 100% F1 2020 (PS4) - 70% => 100% Alright! Things are getting done. Two more games crossed off my list. Rise of the Tomb Raider: Finished up the final two challenges. Had to try twice since I got the blue screen on day 3/10. Of course when else is one going to get the blue screen?! Anyways... This game was great thru and thru with all its DLC, even the co-op. Now I have to go buy Shadow. @GraniteSnake Thanks for the tips on 'Adventure Besties'. Worked like a charm. Although I used the Well Read card instead of explosive arrows. F1 2020: Not much to say, this was a pretty easy plat. As a racing fan you know I enjoyed this game. Like I mentioned before the new MyTeam mode is pretty cool. And while I got all the trophies for the game I'm not quite finished yet. I'm still going for the seasonal challenge gift. I think it's just a crappy car livery but I'm having fun with it regardless. Cat Quest: This game is paaaaw-tastic. Sorry, this game is full of cat puns but I don't mind. Started today and I couldn't put it down... till now (need a break ). I think I'm close to the end and I can wrap everything up tomorrow since it's supposed to be a short game. Well that's it for now, see you in a couple of days.

I plan to clean up Sly and hopefully Shinobido 2 before the event ends! With that I'll have 23 games completed. The first section of The Meat Circus stage gave me a lot of issues - primarily at the second knife thrower. I had some minor difficulties when avoiding drowning in that level and trying to maneuver around those floating fences. My biggest issue with the game is probably the camera since I constantly had to manually adjust it to get Raz to go where I wanted him to. If the camera followed Raz better throughout the game I probably would have enjoyed it more but it was a slog at the end. Still trying for I LOVE PUNCHING and Math is Hard so I can get the platinum. The minigame is literally the only thing I have left but I must have played it 100 times already and have only beat one of the extra levels. Other than that I have been primarily playing games that weren't part of this challenge and had too high of a completion percentage for me to add them. I do want to add Dangaronpa though as I am sure I can finish that as well as Hollow Knight before the month ends.

Popular Post Draps-1337
Onto my final game! Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time! Playing it with my significant other, it has been great fun, we finished it yesterday but have a few trophies to cleanup. I had to stop with Killzone, the DLC grind was driving me mad, I was so bored trying to solo another 35 hours to get the 100%. So I gave up. I've gotten all multiplayer trophies, so I can finish this some other time. I think I might use a swap to replace Killzone with one of the other countless 100% games I've done during this event but didn't have on my list. (This feels like a cheaty way to still feel like I completed 10 games for this challenge :p) Looking forward to the next event. I've had a lot of fun watching everyone here doing so awesome! Popular Post Xenoblast91
UPDATE 5.1: Finally finished all TLOU multiplayer trophies, and that leave me with a huge relief. The last matches were a frenzy, and I managed to get my biggest kill count at the end of the road, which is pretty sad LOL. Honestly, being that tactical and stealthy isn't something that sticks with me, but I enjoyed it to some extent. Those freaking tryhards and sweets, gosh, they ruined a lot the experience at moments. Anyway, I had to try it and finally managed to do it though. Here's come the last pull off from the challenge and I hope to finish the campaing before August 31st, but trying Hyper Scape on an alt, has sucked me into a (I hope not) point of no return and seems the game is pretty good (and addictive). Just tried few matches but as always, I suck at multiplayer games but hope the learning curve helps me. Just wanted to share this; sending good vibes and blessings to all! Happy hunting, and see you next update!

Cat Quest: Ummm... CATS!!! That is all. Nah just kidding. It was short, easy and fun. Not too much grind at the end. Ready for Cat Quest 2 sometime in the future. (That seems to be an ongoing theme for me, whatever I play is good enuff for me to play the next entry in the franchise.) One thing I forgot to mention last time, coming off of Tomb Raider before playing this there was something cool in the game, but I'm not going to spoil it although it was a very minor thing. Zone of the Enders: The game was just okay. Took me 2 and a half playthroughs for plat, back-to-back-to-ba. It's basically battling with Metal Gears. The combat is quite simple and not much strategy is required besides the bosses. I had more trouble fighting the controls and the camera. The story was cool but short. The voice acting however... the main character is one whiny bitch, even worse than Hope in FFXIII (and I really didn't like him). The game definitely shows its age (originally came out on PS2). If I had to buy the sequel I'd probably skip it but I have the collection from PS+ so I might play that one too later down the line. That just leaves one game left, Bioshock Infinite. Gaming will be slow again for a couple of days, putting down some new flooring at my place. I might be able to get the but I think ?% is out of reach. We shall see...
Popular Post JayDeLosDioses
It's been a while since the last update, but that's mainly because I haven't looked at the challenge for a month or so now. Lost my mojo again sadly and haven't found it again yet. So just a short summary: I've nearly finished my challenge Completed 4 of the 5 games I've initially "locked in" Only game that's missing is Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag. Two multiplayer main game trophies and all of the DLCs. With that I'm going to wrap up my challenge. I'm also not joining the next one. Everyone who's still cleaning up and participating in the next one I wish you all a lot of fun!

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS4) - 33% 78% 13. Steins;Gate (PSV) - 44% Swaps used: 2/2 My big final push was going nicely until I cut my left hand quite badly doing the bar work the other day. I've wrapped my thumb up well enough to need to google "one handed games PS4". It's my 1st day off for a while and I want to play something! If you've played Crimes and Punishments, then you've played Sherlock Homes: The Devil's Daughter. It doesn't do anything new as such and with just 5 cases, it seems short. I enjoyed it for what it was and the cases are always quite cleverly thought out. They could try and improve or build on former "good" games though. I mean, I've played the Eventide trilogy for when you barely want to think, and you use the analysis tables more innovatively than Sherlock does. That aside, it was fun, and I breezed through it doing 2 cases a night. I'm on the planet clean up with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and there's just 2 to go. For games that grow on you, this is right in that category. I was actually disappointed when the main story came to a close because I was enjoying it that much. The variety of trophies is quite refreshing and not too taxing (if you don't mind collectables) and you do get used to the platforming and traversing the areas when you've opened the shortcuts. If you find decent collectable videos, then it's a nicely entertaining platinum. Final bits...I haven't had a chance to look at fixing the Vita yet so Steins Gate will have to stay where it is for now. After crying a bit about not getting the Monkey Island 2 speedrun trophy, I went ahead and did it again like a good lad. Moaning wastes time, literally ha. I'll check back in once more before the end. Virginia's just downloading so I'm hoping it's a wandering about looking at stuff experience where I can just use my right hand. If not, then that's entirely my fault for not researching it properly enough ? Keep going guys, almost there!

I found myself starting to get very burnt out, so I've stopped focusing on these games in favor of playing other things based on my mood. I think I did very well for a first go at this type of challenge though! And I finished one more game than was left unfinished off my list, so that's something too! I'm proud of myself for those accomplishments. I've learned my lesson for the next one: don't go adding tons of random games, just leave the list small unless you finish everything so that you have breathing room to play other things if you need a break from your list. Good luck to everyone still working to finish their lists, and I'll see you guys in the fall/winter version of this challenge!
Popular Post StilRh
Bit of an update - My mum has taken ill. She is not quite ready for hospital but hovering on the cusp of this so I've been spending a few nights at hers and seeing her every day (1.5 hour round trip). My mum doesn't really recognise her unwell she is bless her and it's been a source of stress for me and the family. The result of this - I've not been in the mood for deep or long gaming experiences so free time during my compassionate leave off work have been spent on shorter titles and vita games for when I am on the road or staying with mum. I'll stop my work towards the challenge here and pick up in the next one in September. I had 2 weeks scheduled annual leave for some of the September releases and backloggery. This week should be the make or break week, we'll see how mum responds to her current medication and make a decison about hospital or not. The "main" story in particular seemed well written, and it throws in a few other small mechanics instead of solid reading. Can't say I've played a ton of otome games, but this is my favorite so far. Kept getting interrupted left and right and started the game backwards, so I essentially missed the plot. Decent little indie game that does a good job of mixing up how the levels go, though the first-person platforming is a pain. I've tried different setups, but Wonderbook seems to be giving me three options: -The book works -The "wand" works -Both work, but the book is held at a weird angle and my wand movements are backwards and not always picked up. ...So nah. Not sure why it's being such a pain, but I give up. Not the most impressive results, but it got some very old games off the backlog. Thanks for another good round!

I'm not playing another horror game anytime soon though. Continued with Rocketbirds. I do really like it, but the game has me stumped on a few things. I can't earn three stars on rescue mode on the moon, while Chapter 4's sings are a right pain in the pisser. May get this one done soon enough. Finally started Heavy Rain. Just like with Detroit, the story can't really bother me that much right now. Guess it'll go to the other event. In a desperate attempt to gain at least something out of this, I switched Beyond two Souls out for Harry Potter deathly Hallows part 2. This was going to be South Park, but that game sucks ass, so no. Unfortunately I have discovered the clutching arms of ezpz plat spams for another event, so this will most likely not improve. To everyone still fighting to complete this, good luck, and to those that did what I couldn't, my biggest congratulations. Happy hunting everyone!

Really sorry to hear that @StilRh - sending thoughts and prayers your way.

Good luck with the rest of the challenge Hope she ends up OK.
