You can 100% with just the base game (free), took about 6-8 hours as you have to play through all three islands. The dlc is £4 but all proceeds go to charity but there are no trophies. BTW, 100% means the Base Game, not the DLC Trophies. So I think you are wrong and you mean some DLC Trophy, not the Main List.
