One platinum or more?

Hi everyone, I bought the Telltale Walking Dead bundle on the store and I was downloading with my slow connexion. When the first part is done, I have just looked the trophy list(s) and I was surprised the several games, like 4 seasons + Michonne had one unique list. Is that true??

 

This does not feel really nice or even consistent (since all the games have separated trophy list for each season).

For this version its a single list for all seasons. I have it aswell.

@JavaNext thanks for the answer. I do not stack trophies but I would have liked to have a plat per season, my friends told me the first season was probably the best. I have no clue but it is weird by thinking for instance to Spyro, Crash Bandicoots or Bioshock (remasters) bundles...

You can do 4 platinum 2 in disc version Na and Eu and 2 more platinum in digital version Na and Eu

@djipppssaid they do not want to stack platinums.  The alternative would be to buy each individual season (they're all available as physical or digital)

 

 

Some might consider this a grey area regarding stacking - the collection gets it's own unique list while each individual chapter gets a separate list as opposed to region stacking where you get identical lists for each game.

If you got "The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series" it's just 1 plat and 24 trophies all up. If you get each one separately it's 3 plats (Michonne and season 2 don't have one) and 180 trophies all up for the exact same amount of work.

I think it's dumb that there's only one platinum. It's fine if you already played all the games separately and now want to replay them in one package. But I played most of them on Windows and I played Season 4 on Switch. 

If the individual seasons never go on sale or have another price drop, I'll probably have to just get the collection on PS4 when I replay them. It's already a stretch that I'm double dipping when I already own the seasons on other platforms.

The Collection is normally $49.99, but has already gone on sale before for half off. Contrast that with the individual seasons. Season 4 is $19.99 and all the others are $14.99.
