This is especially true for games that do not have physical copies or if there were never many physical copies, to begin with. For example, even DLC from a decade ago is still the same price. Found on Amazon UK for £20 (P5D) and £15 (P3D) - if that is of any help to you? I don’t think you can change the in game language however...
