Looking for info on full filesize of Shadowgate on PS4 with 1.03 update

Greetings.  So Shadowgate on PS4 received earlier this week a 1.03 patch for both NA and EU regions.  A player out of Germany says that the 1.03 update fixed a goblin room ale mug glitch, but that the moat and griffin glitches that were fixed in the 1.02 update have now returned, making me wonder if the wrong build of the game was patched and uploaded.  

 

On ps4patches.com, the current NA region update package (not game total filesize) is 3.6GB in size while the EU region update package is 2.3GB in filesize which is very odd as usually EU regions are larger due to extra languages.  So I'm wondering if maybe the NA release is fine while the EU region accidentally has the 1.02 patch changes omitted from the current 1.03 update.

 

Can two people in each region reinstall the game and post the game's full filesizes?  Trying to figure out if something went wrong with the EU update specifically as this seems suspicious.  Thanks.
