Maybe known already, airbrake during drop

I have just started this game and going for the plat. During one of my hunts for a trackmaster medal I was just spamming the X button before you drop from the hellicopter and noticed that my start was slightly faster (aprox 0.2 seconds)

I tried it a few times and what I did was spam the x button during the countdown and stop just before you hear the "whipping sound" of the cable letting go. 

This is probably well know in the Trackmania community but I wanted to share this nevertheless. ?

Well thanks for sharing, I am at mission 170 (black series) and the game is starting to make me rage, hopefully this will help with the track master trophy
