KoStan_197 Posted June 8, 2020 Share Posted June 8, 2020 (edited) Yes, occasionally there is a bug that prevents you from completing this quest. It occurs while you're coaching Gail. Server hopping usually solves this issue. It happened to me too and got fixed after server hopping two times.
