You just have to go to your room so the room trophies refresh, just wanted to clarify that because I was kind of losing my sh** because I thought I would need to do another playthrough

I went to my room but when i check my stats it still says 35/36 even tho I've collected all of the trophies. I wont start another playthrough bc it was painful to get everything

to obtain this trophy you must complete activities. There are 36 objectives in all and you can 
check how many you have already completed through the statistics panel. None of these activities are blocked so don't worry if 
you missed one during the gamelay. After finishing the story of the game you will be able to do the activities that we know are missing.
Here is a list of activities:

1) Complete ART 5
2) Complete the GYM 3 
3) Complete the GYM 5 
4) Complete the Photography 5 
5) Complete the Shop 5
 
6) After Hallowen, go to the Boiler Room (inside the school) and destroy the 26 Pumpkins of Hallowen
7) After Hallowen, and chapter 5 preferably, destroy the 19 stonework inside the warehouse (Access after the “Smash It Up” mission, it is the same warehouse as the mission in question.
8) Destroy the 25 garden gnomes scattered across the game map (Location: http://imgur.com/uqhK1OZ)

9) Complete all Bike races in the game (there are 15 in total).
10) Complete all kart races in the game (there are 5 in the amusement park and 3 in the city streets).
11) Complete the job of newspaper delivery (Sao 4).
12) Buy the “Girlie / Car Poster” poster at the amusement park souvenir shop.
13) Buy the “Rock Band Poster” at the amusement park souvenir shop.

14) Complete the “The Candidate” Mission
15) Complete the “The Diary” Mission
16) Complete the “Character Sheets” Mission
17) Complete the “Russel in the Hole” Mission
18/19) Complete the “Carnival Date” Mission
20) Complete the “Painty Raid” Mission
21) Complete the “Beach Rumble” Mission
22) Complete the “Weed Killer” Mission
23) Complete the “Dishonorable Fight” Mission
24) Complete the “Jealous Johnny” Mission
25) Complete the “Lola's Race” Mission

So glad you didn’t need to find all elastic bands and cards like in the Xbox version
