Yes I second Fallout. From the games I completed that game icons were great, just great. I don't like trophy list with same icons - worse icons are like same icon in 3 shades bronze silver and gold then I would have to say diffrent icons but in 1 colour (come ooon! ) and Platinium trophy is called:...Platinium Trophy :x I saw Rayman Legends have cool icons aswell.

LEGO games have nice images, and I like the ones in Ni no Kuni as well. There are some great trophy images in games, and while the Ico plat looks nice, it's pretty much just a copy of all the other trophies.

 

Though those Prince of Persia games (not the HD remake ones). So pretty /sarcasm.

That's terrible, as well as them using the same image for all trophies in the game, it looks like a horrible icon too...

My personal favorite is probably Ghost Busters. They are fairly simple but, entertaining too.
